I always find it fascinating to read how feminist some architects and critics have been, in this case almost 50 years ago! Ada Louise Huxtable was the architecture critic of the New York Times and had a big influence on her contemporaries. According to Denise Scott Brown, she was one of the only critics to treat female architects fairly at the time.”
